Company Overview

The Pendulum group of companies was founded in 2004. Pendulum’s Directors sought to leverage their years of experience in corporate structuring, capital raisings, debt financings and international business.

Uniquely, Pendulum’s team brings to its clients extensive experience gained from sitting on your side of the fence. We are not career consultants. We’ve sat in the same hot seat as you … as business founders, as CEOs, as CFOs and as Directors. We’ve started businesses, invested our own capital, stared at risk head on, planted and grown things, employed people (and had to let some go), opened offices interstate and overseas, sold real products to customers around the globe, bought and sold assets, dealt with red tape and … well, you get the picture.

And we still do all these things – Pendulum is an investor in its own right too, and can also co-invest with clients.
